From the 1. January 2016. introduced a new system for check-in and check-out of the tourists in the Republic of Croatia, which is titled “e Visitor” developed by the Croatia National Tourist Board.
System e Visitor will serve logon and checking out the tourists and to collect and process data on the providers of accommodation and their accommodation units and will be by the same use without paying a fee. Access to this system will also have the owners of all 27 properties with areas of the city of Slavonski Brod, as well as the competent authorities of the State administration, with the proviso that it will enter the data into the system providers of accommodation services from the area of the city of Slavonski Brod carried out directly or through computers of the Tourist Board located in the metropolitan area who uses and development agency of the city of Slavonski Brod, at Vukovarska 1 , the entrance to the fortress Brod (mobile phone 099 320 41 69), and that every day, including Sundays and holidays, from 10.00 to 17.00 hours, starting from the 4. January 2016.
In the same area will be, in the above stated time, to further carry out activities within the competences of a tourist-information centre.
Namely, in the second quarter of 2016, and in accordance with the agreement with the city administration and the conclusion with the sessions of the Assembly of tourist zajedenice held 30. December 2015, the activities of the Tourist Board of the scope of work of tourist information centres will start to take place at a new location-in the city’s business area, at the address Trg i. b. Mažuranić 7, with whose regulation of the planned move in February, upon completion of the procedure of public procurement that are currently implemented by the city administration.
In a part of the newly built space centre for visitors in which they will be, and the headquarters of the PPS destinations “my beautiful Slavonia end of the Basin” will be products cluster members “Slavonska” basket and maintain multimedia presentations and exhibitions.
